I honestly could not put this book down! I actually downloaded this book days before my house was to be filled with family and friends for my daughter's graduation. I found myself sneaking off for some "down time" so that I could get a chapter or two read before people missed me!

The story line was believable. The characters were honest and easy to relate to. I found myself picturing some of my own friends as some of the characters. The suspense was awesome, and the ending so unexpected. It is a great read, perfect length for busy moms and quiet enjoyable.
Can't wait to read J.J. Oxendine's next installment!

JJ Oxendine has cranked out a very well thought out suspense novella in Intentional Stranger. I found this to be a page-turner, I read it in 1 day. The story flowed well and kept me coming back for more. It had a few super minor editing problems but they did not distract from the story. I eagerly await a sequel to see what comes of Grace's pilgrimage and discovery. Great modern imagery ("Eyes dark as Espresso", comes to mind.) The pace is solid and the story is interesting -- I enjoyed it. For .99-cents, it is unbeatable and easily comes close to matching or beating the $14.99 bestselling author's content and story. The main character is likeable enough, maybe a little altruistic for my taste, but hey, I can live with that. The FBI agent (Rawls) seemed slightly two-dimensional and could have been fleshed out a little more. Overall, Well done Ms. Oxendine, you've provided me with a very entertaining read!!!
