>> Without a doubt it absolutely curved my appetite. I lost 2 pounds in the first 10 days. I believe it makes a big difference in how hungry I am.

>> My start weight was 137 pounds. End weight on day 10 is 130.5. I only took two pills a day; after breakfast and lunch.

Appetite Assistant gave me great energy with no real side effects, except if I took my second dose late in the day then it kept me up later at night than usual, but I just learned to take that dose earlier in the day. It also gave me dry mouth, but I would use this as a reminder to just drink more water.

I highly recommend Appetite Assistant and believe you can achieve great results very easily…..Just follow the directions which are easily given in the nutrition guide. In 10 days, I have lost a total of 6.5 pounds without any type of exercise. I lost most of my weight within the first week, but I have also noticed that I’ve lost inches in my problems areas such as my belly, butt, hips and thighs. Even my boyfriend noticed which made me feel really good!

>> I absolutely love the Appetite Assistant! I have lost 5 pounds and am thrilled because prior to taking the appetite suppressant, I had hit a plateau. I counted calories (1200) a day, focusing on proteins and vegetables at each meal, keeping carbs low. I also had the Doctor’s Chocolates as a snack, having a couple per day.

I definitely have more energy, less appetite. The only side effect I had at first was a dry mouth, but that went away after a few days. I highly recommend this product. Thank you!

>> I lost a total of 5 lbs in the 10 days and i felt great the whole time. I usually get hungry around 10:00 and 3:00 but did not get hungry at all. I did not do any exercise during the first 10 days. I was not really strict on the diet plan provided for there was 2 days that i did have a fudge bar as desert after dinner. I did eat a lot more veggies than fruit and stayed with lean meats and drank at least 8 glasses of water

>> Love it! I am down 8 lbs so far. I am not hungry after taking the Appetite Assistant after lunch and I have a less desire for sugar. I am working out 5 days a week with good energy. I also take it before dinner on my way home late at night and it helps me not binge. If I eat something small, I don’t keep eating everything in sight like I normally do. Thanks.

>> So far I have lost 5 pounds!

I definitely noticed a change in my hunger. I felt full faster and actually had to think wow it’s 9:30 and I didn’t eat breakfast yet, I better eat something. I still feel that way today. I am actually making myself eat meals. Snacking is bare minimum.

The foods I have been eating are a mix between the 1, 2 and 3 categories. I try to keep most of my daytime foods to the 1 category but for dinner I am eating what I make for the family so if we have pasta I have pasta. It’s just a lot less. I am not exercising. First off I hate to exercise and second, I just can’t fit it into my day. I am drinking water mostly. An occasional diet soda here and there.

I like the way I feel. I have no side effects from taking this except the decrease in appetite. Thanks for another great product. I am excited to see what my weight loss total will be
