BOOK DESCRIPTION
Everything is just fine. Allison’s sales are tracking at 0%, She is under 100% pressure from her boss to produce or be fired. She has a 50% commitment from her boyfriend with a 0% possibility of getting a ring. Her best friend on the other hand has a 100% commitment from her finance, but he’s suddenly taking 0% of her calls.
So when Allison Little, Real Estate Diva, learns her grandmother is hobbling around on a broken foot and the illegal tenants are only helping 10% of the time, Allison drops 100% of everything and high tails up to Claim Jump because nothing (0%) ever happens in Claim Jump, except when she starts falling over acquaintances who are 100% dead.

In this fourth book in the Real Estate Diva Mystery series, we are back in Claim Jump, a purportedly sleepily little town in which nothing happens. Allison’s grandmother, Prue mysteriously falls and Allison abandons her own lackluster prospects in Sonoma County to charge up to the foothills and care for her grandmother. Once in town, she discovers that one of Prue’s friends was found dead under a smoking quilt. We all knew that smoking was lethal. but so quickly? As she learns more, Allison can’t help feel the definition of cozy mystery has been stretched to the ripping point. Are all the quilts in town as lethal? And who killed Lucky Masters the biggest developer in town? Actually his death wasn’t all that much of a mystery, everyone in Claim Jump hated Lucky. It just a case of narrowing the field. Allison and Ben work together to discover who has the most to gain from Lucky’s death and who had the most to lose. And what about their own romance? Will Ben finally ask the question? Is Allison prepared with the right reply?

This cozy mystery delivers both suspense and readability. The kindle book version has been revised but not updated; Allison is of her time and her time is in the middle of the worst real estate market since the 80s. But she carries on balancing the mystery with open houses, mayhem with sales.

A word from Allison: “I know that some people will look to the author and say, “Oh, is that YOU?” Of course I’m not her. I have twice the listings she does and better hair plus, I already own that Dooney and Bourke bright green hobo bag she craves, but can’t afford. So I’m here to tell you, I am myself.”

Come and experience life with Allison Little, the biggest realtor in town. Check into the Look Inside feature and start right now!

“I had no idea you were so funny. Your wit, wisdom and information are second to none.”
