5.0 out of 5 stars Great Tips and Great Food! December 12, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is real food you can sink your teeth into. Jennifer gives practical advice on preparing great, nutrition packed food. She then goes on to share some great recipes which inspire me to "make-over" some of my own family favorites. The recipes are great for anyone interested in eating healthier and as a bonus she even includes the weight watchers points. I couldn't resist trying the Chicken Enchiladas right away and my family didn't even mind the spinach hidden inside! No leftovers on that one. I'm anxious to try the Sweet Potato Waffles and Cherry Almond Smoothie. Breakfast can be such a rut and these sound like a perfect way to start the day with something new and delicious.
